Future volumes of Western Australian Exploration will cover expeditions of exploration in the Kimberley, the Gascoyne, the Pilbara, the Nullarbor, the Ashburton and the Interior.
As it is expected that locating, transcribing and proofreading the material for subsequent volumes will take some years, the Western Australian Explorers’ Diaries Project welcomes fellow volunteers – both expert and newcomer alike – to expedite these volumes to publication.
Keyboarding skills, familiarity with Word (Mac or PC) and the ability to decipher old handwriting would be an advantage. People with editing and proofreading skills are also needed.
If you wish to assist in collecting, preserving and disseminating our exploration history please contact the Project Coordinator, Kim Epton, via this blog or the website.
